Ready at 65 doesn’t collect your personal information. Your answers stay on your phone, and we never see them.
Who we are
Ready Reckoner LLC (“we” or “us”) makes the Ready at 65 app and runs this website, readyreckoner.app. This policy covers both. If you have a question about it, email support@readyreckoner.app.
What the app stores, and where
- Ready at 65 asks questions such as your birth date, whether you get Social Security benefits, and what health coverage you’ll have at 65. It uses your answers to work out your dates.
- Your answers, the steps you check off, and anyone you add are stored only on your device. They aren’t sent to us or to anyone else.
- The app never asks for a Medicare number, a Social Security number or payment details, and there’s no account to create.
Reminders and your calendar
- Reminders are scheduled by your phone’s own notification system. The app asks for permission to send notifications only if you turn reminders on.
- If you add dates to your calendar, the app asks for calendar access. It works only with the events it adds. It can update or remove those, and it doesn’t change anything else on your calendar.
Purchases
Ready at 65 Plus is bought through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, which process payment under their own privacy policies. We never receive your card details. Apple and Google may share order information with us so we can help with purchase problems and refunds.
Statistics and crash reports
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code. Apple and Google may give us summary statistics, such as how many times the app was downloaded, and crash reports from people who choose to share them with app developers. These never include your answers.
This website
- readyreckoner.app uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Its fonts and images are served from our own site.
- Our web host, Namecheap, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell or share personal information, use it for advertising, or build profiles of the people who use our apps.
Deleting your information
To erase everything Ready at 65 has stored, open People and settings in the app and choose Erase everything on this phone, or delete the app. Because we don’t receive your answers, there’s nothing for us to delete on our side. To have an email conversation deleted, ask us at support@readyreckoner.app.
Children
Ready at 65 is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change affects what the app collects, we’ll also say so in the app’s update notes.
