Ready at 65 gives general education about Medicare dates. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and it isn’t a government service.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to the Ready at 65 app and this website, both run by Ready Reckoner LLC (“we” or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement for apps also applies.
Educational information only
- The app and this site explain Medicare rules in plain language and estimate dates from the answers you give.
- They don’t recommend, sell or compare insurance plans.
- Ready Reckoner LLC isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or the Social Security Administration.
- Before you act on your own coverage, confirm your dates with Social Security, Medicare or your state’s SHIP counselors, who give free help.
Accuracy
We check the rules and costs against official sources and update the app when they change, usually each fall. Rules can still change, and your situation may include details the app doesn’t ask about. You are responsible for your own enrollment decisions and deadlines.
Your license to use the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Ready at 65 on devices you own or control, for yourself and to help family and friends. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
Purchases
Ready at 65 Plus is a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. You can restore Plus on your other devices at no charge.
Links to other websites
The app and this site link to official websites such as Medicare.gov and SSA.gov. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.
No warranty
The app and this site are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ready Reckoner LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including Medicare late-enrollment penalties or gaps in coverage. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Missouri law governs these terms, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Any dispute will be handled in the state courts of St. Charles County, Missouri, or the federal courts for the Eastern District of Missouri.
